Participating in our coaching programs is an excellent way to improve both your squash specific fitness but also your technique and skills on the court. Or try out a group fitness session with Marty from Inline Fitness to improve your strength, fitness and general health.

Group Training & Coaching
Runs during school term
Junior Squad Training
Juniors 12 & older group coaching every
Tues & Thursday during School term
All ages - 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Juniors 5 - 11 years old 4:15 to 5pm then Gym class 5 - 5:45pm Tues & Thurs

Great atmosphere teaching the students fine & gross motor skills, fitness and team play.

Adult Squad Training
Lessons are 60 min long with a combination of Squash fitness and skills.
Wednesday Sessions:
1st session: 7 pm - 8 pm
2nd session: 8 pm - 9 pm
Thursday Sessions:
1st session: 6 pm - 7 pm
Sunday Sessions:
1st session: 9 am - 10 am
2nd session: 10 am - 11 am
$22 Casual or incl. CLUB, Silver & Gold memberships. Bookings are essential.
Advanced Squads 2 hours
12 - 2 pm Saturdays
$25 Non - member
$15 Silver & Gold incl.

Thornleigh Squash and Fitness Centre gives you the best in group fitness training. Marty and Larissa deliver excellent programs working within each individuals capabilities working towards personal goals.
